1. Can I return personalized items?
Because each product is custom made just for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. The only exceptions are if your order arrives damaged or if there is a spelling/personalization mistake on our end. In that case, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed. If you need something urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
3. What is the best way to take care of my product?
Each item comes with simple care instructions to keep it in great condition. If you need extra help, feel free to reach out to us.
4. Can I change the information on my order after it’s placed?
Yes, as long as you contact us within the first 24 hours after purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes since the customization process may already be in progress.
